Our Autonomous Life at the Center for Contemporary Art in Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland, Winter 2013

The Grand Domestic Revolution exhibition, of which Our Autonomous Life is part, is on the road! Its currently at the Center for Contemporary Art in Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It premiered this past Friday, January 26th and the exhibition will close on March 23rd.   I’m so curious if any of the sitcom’s themes resonate outside of a Dutch context and in particular, in Northern Ireland with its history of political strife which seems to dominate the social and cultural spheres. If there are any Northern Irish people who’ve seen the sitcom, please let me know what you think! I’d be grateful to hear your thoughts.
